Where To Get The Skillcape?
You Just Got a skill level to 99. It Was Attack, You wanted to go buy a attack cape, but you cannot buy it off of the grand exchange. Well, The Way To Get Skillcapes, Is to go to the NPC (non playing character) that is wearing the skillcape and hood. So For Attack, You Would Go To The Warriors Guild To Go Get It. Quest Skillcape:
Back A Long Time Ago, There Was A rumor saying that JaGeX was going to release a Quest Skillcape. The Way To Be Able to wear it is to complete all the quests in runescape. Note: The Game Constantly Gets New Quests, so if you wear the skillcape with the new quest uncompleted, you can not un-equip and re-equip the cape until you complete all the quests. To Obtain it, you must buy it for 99,000 coins from the wise old man located in draynor village.
